Do you offer free shipping?

Not at this time. We use USPS to ship your products. As a smaller retailer, our volume of shipments is too low to access discounted rates. Herbanomic does discount the shipping rate on many shipments from the actual price we pay for your benefit. You regularly will pay less than we pay to ship your products. Free shipping is not possible to offer at this time due to the expense of USPS shipping and their increase costs during the holiday season.

Do you offer bulk sales or alternative shipping methods?

Yes, if you are interested in purchasing products in larger quantities over 12, please contact us at 1-866-388-7003.

UPS is available in certain situations. For large purchases over 20lbs we can ship UPS. Please call to arrange shipping before you order.

What is your return policy?

Herbanomic offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on our products; if you would like to return your product we will refund your purchase to the same method of payment you used. We replace damaged and defective merchandise as well
